LIGHTER: Up to 30% lighter than pvc dropstitch.
SOFT: Easier to fold, after deflate and roll up, 20% less space than pvc dropstitch. Does not leave any marks at the folding line.
ECO: Degradable and enviromental.
GREEN: TPU material does not include any harmful chemical to human body. Can touch skin directly. Ideal for mattress and gym mat.

STIFFER: Double layer drop stitch is much rigid and maintain shape when you stand on it

RAPID PROTOTYPING: We have used 3D printers in our design process to create prototypes since the late seventies. Using 3D printers for these purposes is called rapid prototyping.
LOW COST: 3D printing is a fundamentally different way of producing parts compared to traditional subtractive (CNC machining) or formative (Injection molding).
RAPID MANUFACTURING: Our 3D printers and design team is capable of manufacturing short run / small batch custom plastic/metal parts for inflatable products accessories.
PERFORMANCE: Thanks to the latest developing of machine and raw material. We can print high resolution parts that also have the same performance as injection molding.

Main body of the inflatable pool can be customized logo, material colour or UV printed iamge to provides a stunning affluent aesthetic!

Featuring the super stiff DWF material, TPU and PVDF coated fabrics, and the technical process is Machine Pre-Laminated Double Layer Dropstitch, the new dropstitch series presents an unprecedented exterior design with excellent durability and light weight. The new DWF material is a high pressure, drop stitch fabric inflatable to max 15psi.
